- For a safe and successful transaction, we advise you to include an authentication certificate, a bill or details on the provenance in the description.
- kunzt.be reserves the right to refuse, remove or/and place work/s on kunzt.be
- you can ask us to put a work “on hold”, or to remove your work/s, whenever wanted.
- as a seller, you agree to be held responsible for the authenticity of the works.
- as a seller, you agree to provide absolute accuracy on the information you provide (details of the works, authenticity, condition, …)
- as a seller, you agree to have the legal capacity to sell the artwork/s you provide
- as a seller, you agree to pay the agreed commission fee to kunzt.be once a transaction is completed (thus, once a work is sold)
- as a seller, you agree with the general terms and conditions of kunzt.be
- as a buyer, you agree with the general terms and conditions of kunzt.be
- as a buyer, you have an agreement, and contract with the seller, not with kunzt.be
- as a seller, you have an agreement, and contract with the buyer, not with kunzt.be



general terms and conditions

1)kunzt is a brand of, and managed by delmundoo s.a. (www.delmundoo.com), a limited company with capital of 50.000 shares, US$ legal tender , BVI company number 1604916-15.9.10
2) kunzt is an Internet service provided by del mundoo s.a. and made available under the terms and conditions of this user contract.
3) The users of kunzt.be state that he/she is at least 18 years of age and has the legal competence to conclude this terms and to buy/sell trough kunzt.be
4) kunzt.be and/or del mundoo s.a. cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of the website kunzt.be, or any other actions that are the result of using kunzt.be
5) kunzt.be offers no guarantee as to the absolute accuracy of the information concerned. It commits itself only to an obligation of due care and diligence as to the input of the information provided by the sellers of artworks.
6) This contract is subject to the B.V.I. law.
7)  In no case, works in consignment (works that are not the property of kunzt.be) listed on kunzt.be can be interpreted as a guarantee by kunzt.be with respect to the authenticity, quality, or origin of the work of art which is sold.
Kunzt.be, on the one hand, and the seller/buyer, on the other, are independent parties, with each one acting in its own name and on its own behalf.
We only intercede in transactions between buyers and sellers as a broker by internet. Correspondingly, we do not exercise any control over the quality, security or lawfulness of the objects which are listed, the sellers' legal capacity to sell said goods or services, or the buyers' ability to pay for said goods or services.
Thus, you exempt kunzt.be from all liability (as well as our subsidiaries and companies in the group, company managers, senior executives and employees) in case of dispute for any claims, and for all present or current damage resulting directly or indirectly from buying/selling trough kunzt.be.
8)  You will, and can not hold kunzt.be or del mundoo s.a. responsible for any transactions, actions, or inactions between buyers and sellers.  You acknowledge that we are not a traditional gallery.  Instead, our website is a  venue to allow sellers to offer, and buyers to buy, artworks, at anytime, from anywhere.
9) We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.  While me may help facilitate the sale, we have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the items sold by sellers.  
10) We do not transfer legal ownership of items from seller to buyer.  

Release:
If you have a dispute with one ore more sellers/buyers, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
